International View is Knight Frank’s annual compendium of the world’s best real estate is available around the world. High-net-worth individuals receive a luxury printed publication in the post. As the property world is changing really fast, the need to create a mobile first microsite to host not only the content of the publication editorialised for online audiences but the most up-to-date information on luxury property became apparent.

Role:
my role was to identify the user and the business needs for this b2b and b2c tool via conducting interviews with external clients and senior brokers within different business departments. Based on the findings I simplified the information architecture and created a visually rich design solution that integrated luxury property listings and editorialised content.

High priority goals were:
To promote digital services such as new user account registration, making property enquiries, live chat, email newsletter subscription and track downloads of the publication pdf. Design detailed property pages utilising new photography blended with editorial content. To create a visually appealing User Interface.
